Swim Editing
You may edit your own swims to correct any processing errors, the competition moderators will review any modified swims to check they have been processed correctly.
No Fins, Paddles or Gloves
If one of your training swims is added you can remove the latest time by selecting 'Remove Last Time' from the competition menu.
Follow your pool rules
Follow the rules at your local pool and maintain good lane discipline at all times!
Competition Qualification
Each competition has a set qualification period (normally 7 days), once joined, you must set a qualifying time within this period otherwise you will be automatically removed.
Keep your times current
Each competition time has a set expiry date (normally 90 days from the swim date), if you dont set a new time within this period your competition time will roll-back to your next fastest time and the expiry time is reset.

I cannot find any competitions?
Competitions are managed by your local pool, ask at reception if they can create a competition or add a new one.
Why has my time not been posted?
Check your swim in your Profile to make sure you meet the competition criteria, only swims uploaded after you join the competition are elegible.
What happens if I swim more than the required distance?
SWIMTAG will automatically find the fastest time within your swim that matches the criteria
Does the swim time include rests?
Yes, your rest times are included (capped at 120s), with the exception of your final length.
My fastest time has disappeared!
Competition times will expire if you are inactive for a set time, see the rules for more info on expiry times.
I have uploaded a fastest time using Fins/Paddles, what should I do?
You can revert to your previous time from the competition options.
